Disneyland end of Jan or beginning of Feb?

Hi! How will crowds be Monday 2/1 or Monday 2/8 (day after superbowl eeek) trying to figure out which Monday to go. I’d love to go 1/31 but not sure how crowds will be on sunday? hellp
