Rare except around Christmas and New Years…. This tends to Happen frequently around this time of the year
Buying a hotel room is like buying a reservation to the park . buying a season pass is just like buying a day ticket at a reduce price, being if you go at lest 7 days a year you have saved alot of money.
I’m sure all those hotel rooms for this week were booked a year in advance.

I’d be prepared for it to be busy since that’s MLK Weekend, but it usually isn’t too crazy.
Stay away from Disneyland today! It’s unbelievably crowded! I can’t believe they even let this many people into the park. You can’t even walk and all the lines are over an hour long.
The crowds are really ridiculous… I knew it would be crowded since it’s the holidays, but this is insane. Parking was a nightmare and when we finally got to the front gates, they weren’t allowing anyone in. We had to go to California Adventure, which was also very packed. We finally were able to get inside Disneyland at around 4pm, but most of the day was already wasted. What a mess!
Do you guys know if Disneyland will hit capacity again on Monday?? That’s when we are going! Thanks!
I would say it’s very possible that the park will reach capacity any day between now and New Year’s Eve. It’s the busiest time of the year right now. Definitely get there early!
We were there today and it was crazy. All the workers there were saying it will be like that all week until the New Year. We only got into Disneyland, because we had been in Adventureland and paid for a 1 day park hopper, but if it wasn’t for that, we would not have gotten in. That was at 2 p.m. Dec 27th.
It seems like they are selling too many tickets and allowing way too many people into the park. It’s so insanely crowded, you can barely walk around. I don’t even know how it’s worth it since you can’t even get on many rides since the lines are too long.
