We will make a note to avoid going on Thanksgiving week as well next time. Should have looked at the crowd forecast before we went, doh! Parking was a nightmare. The parking structure was full, so we had to park away from Disneyland and take the shuttle bus. Wait times were over 1 hour. You definitely have to arrive in the morning if you’re going around Thanksgiving.
I thought people are supposed to be at home eating turkey and watching football on Thanksgiving, what the hell?? it’s not even noon yet and it is packed!
Don’t make the same mistake I did last year thinking everyone would be out shopping on Black Friday and the parks would be alright. Nope, ridiculously crowded.
Looking forward to the lighter crowds next week. It won’t be long until the schools get out again for winter break.
The crowds at DL and DCA were very light today! With rain in the forecast this week, I’m hoping the lines will be extra short!
what a difference from last week! all the schools are back in session for now, so enjoy it while you can. the crowds will be back in a few weeks!!
The parks were great on Friday, no lines! Hope it carries over for the weekend. Next week should be a good time to go too before we get swamped again with the holiday crowds. Schools start to get out on the second week of December.
yup, our school gets out on the 14th for winter break. gotta go before then!
Anybody how “crowded it is today?” Thinking of going tomorrow and hoping the rain will filter some people out, but it looks crowded today….
It’s definitely busy today, but not super crowded. We waited a little over 30 minutes for Space Mountain. I was hoping for rain today, but it’s just overcast so far
