What might the crowds be like on Friday Feb 16? I know its can be considered part of presidents weekend, but it says it should be alright? Trying to plan accordingly

I’m thinking it won’t be too bad during the day, but crowds usually pick up in the late afternoon/evening on Fridays.
If Disneyland would stop with the monthly payments for the annual passes, I don’t think it would be as crowded. People are far more willing to pay a couple hundred dollars a month than to shell out several thousand at one time.
Even though this topic comes up every year, the fact that they raised the prices as high as they did on Sunday shows that they are not getting rid of monthly payments this time. They do say more changes are coming to the AP system later this year, so we shall see. My vote is that they will restrict how often APs can go to the park in a given period, such as only being able to go one or two weekend days out of the month.
Im planning to go to Disneyland any time soon, but I was wondering when is it better to go. Which date should have less crowds ? On Feb 24 or on March 03 ? Thanks for the help!
I’m thinking February 24 would be a little better, but there shouldn’t be too much of a difference. I’d be prepared for it to be fairly crowded, but not too crazy (around 30-60min waits).
When does spring break season start and end?
Around March 24 – April 8 is when many schools will be out, but the week before that should be pretty crowded too.
