Do you think both parks can get done on January 30th (thursday) and how long do you think the longest waits will be?
The first week of December is amazing compared to August. Check out the forecast calendar for isitpacked estimates.
Do they let snacks or water in the park? Or is that like a major no no.
I think it would be doable, but you got to get there right at opening until closing. It’s not expected to be crowded at all on that day, so maybe 5-15min waits.
You should be fine. I’ve never had any issue bringing food or my own water bottles.

You can bring your own food and drinks, as long as it’s not in an ice chest. Just put them in your bag or backpack and you’ll be fine.
When will the crowd calendar be up for the rest of the year? Debating on Sept or early Dec for my trip. Anyone know how first week/end in December will be?
You can look back at previous years on the calendar. September is pretty dead on weekdays. Weekdays on the first two weeks of December is usually a good time to go before the holiday madness starts. Weekends are always busy in December though.
Planning my first trip to Disneyland after 28 trips to WDW! Decided it’s time to visit the original! 🙂 We will be there Saturday April 26-Thursday May 1 with park days being Saturday early evening through Wednesday with an early flight home Thursday. Anyone been during this time? How are the crowds? 🙂
