KI is great any day but Saturday.
I suggest getting there as early as you can and riding the newest rides first if possible. The morning is always pretty good. The best thing about Kings Island is the water park is included for the price so many people head that way and the water park is ALWAYS PACKED.
Look for very long slow lines for flight of fear and Firehawk.
Beast and Vortex are always popular but the lines look longer than thay are. The queue lines at this park for the “older” rides is very small so if you see people in line in the midways that is why. Enjoy. This park is great.

This place gets way too crowded on Saturdays, long wait times for all the rides. Check the crowd calendar to find out when it’s empty. I like to go before the summer season in May. It’s not crowded at all on weekdays when schools are still in.
