Come on the weekdays, that’s when it’s definitely the least packed! Although I’m here on a Friday 2 hours after opening and it’s not too bad maybe I got lucky.

Way too crowded in late December. Wait until January if you’re going around then.

Very short lines on weekdays. Weekends can get crowded sometimes, but it’s hardly ever too crazy.

Please arrive right when the park opens! It helps a lot to get there before the major crowds. You’re going to want to ride Ghost Rider first, that one gets the longest rides throughout the day. If you love it and want to ride it again, wait until the last hour of the park, most people have left and the lines are short! Obviously, after you do ghost rider first, ride the other huge rides, like HangTime and Xcelerator, Silver Bullet too. Jaguar is one of the longest waits, yet it’s NOT worth it. Trust me. It has no exciting thrills unless you’re with little kids, skip it. If you do want to ride Pony Express, get there right after you’ve finished all the bigger rides. The lines get really long and it’s only a 16-second ride, so it’s not worth the 45-minute wait. If you want to see a show at the Theater, get there 45 minutes before the show begins for a better seat and for fewer crowds around you. The shows are great! I recommend seeing one. That’s all I have to say. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I know a lot about the park and what to do, so I am happy to help others have a great time! Also, if you live in the area, make sure to buy the season pass that’s on sale right now until January 6th! It’s a great deal, $40 off, no blackout dates, and 10% off every purchase you make in the park! Have a great time at Knott’s Berry Farm!
PS. To save money, leave the park and go to TGIF across the street for food. 🙂
