Way too crowded! There are too many annual passholders and not enough parking!

Mid-May is a good time to go before the summer season. Crowded, but still manageable. You can get most of the park done in one day.

Parking is a nightmare at Disneyland. It sometimes take you over an hour just to park, so give yourself extra time in the morning. Go on “Ghost Town” or “Hey, It’s Alright” days on the Crowd Calendar and you should be fine. It won’t be empty, but as long as you avoid the really bad days, Disneyland can still be enjoyable (and a little crowded).

Arrive as early as you can. The lines are a little shorter in the morning and then it gets crowded by noon.

We went in the middle of May on a weekday before schools got out and it was actually very manageable. Some of the lines were long, but it wasn’t that crowded. We had a lot of fun! Great time to go!

The people who are complaining about how crowded it is are going on the wrong days. If you visit Disneyland during peak season, it’s going to be packed. The key is to go in between the busy seasons (right before or after the Spring Break, summer, and holiday seasons).

A bit crowded for a Thursday. I’m surprised.

I am more than disappointed in the crowds at disneyland. The park is full of yearly placeholders. We got a 4 day pass and still missed so much of the park. It was a zoo. Max pass was a joke also!
